Bore-injectional piles are the analogue to stuffed piles. “BM Construction Equipment” produces bore-injectional piles with diameter 450, 520, 620, 750 mm, depth 30 m with the help of boring machinery of “BAUER” company.

Bore-injectional piles are produced without pipe casing. The technology foresees borehole, filling it with concrete under pressure via hollow screw of the drilling rig on the project line with further vibratory reinforcing cage driving.

These piles serve as elements of new foundations of civil and industrial buildings and constructions, reinforce existing foundations under practically any ground conditions including in soft grounds. Besides they perform the role of the frame filling.

Use of bore-injectional piles is the most efficient in the conditions of constrained building yards as it does not require using of bulky equipment and can leave out a large amount of earthwork.

The advantage of bore-injectional piles is their speed of execution and reliability achieved by computer control equipment.

Bore-injectional piles are also used for reinforcement of existing buildings and constructions in case of occurrence of irregular repair deformations; for superstructure purposes; as a preventive reinforcement of during construction near the new building; during buildings reconstruction with the change of constructive schemes and transmission to the foundations of additional load.
