“BM Construction Equipment” company performs work on fixation of stuffed piles with the help of highly productive boring complexes of diameter 620, 750, 800, 880, 1000 mm, depth up to 36 m of “BAUER” company.

The work is performed with application of modern technologies. Control of pile production quality is realized with the help of control equipment, fixed on those complexes.

Stuffed piles are used at heavy point vertical and horizontal loads (which allows to erect buildings of 250 m height) on the areas with difficult geological conditions, under conditions of constrained urban saturation, when vibration is impossible while immersion or piles drive.

Stuffed piles can also serve as elements of foundations and filler structures in complicated ground conditions.

Depending on firmness of the holes walls, their boring is fulfilled with the use of casing pipes or without them.

The essence of this method lies in the following:

• borehole plant fulfills hole boring of given sizes with previous immersion of inventory casing pipes;
• reinforcing cage is immersed by further filling it with concrete mix.

The technology of stuffed piles production allows to fulfill both pile fields and retaining walls made of piles.
